Market Entry Advisory
From £4,800
Fixed project fee for a six-to-ten-week engagement with research, sessions, and a written plan. Larger multi-region scopes are quoted separately.
Territory Readiness Review
From £1,650
Fixed fee for a two-to-three-week readiness assessment with a go / wait / reshape recommendation.
Competitor Listening Brief
From £980
Fixed fee for a focused competitor brief covering five to eight local rivals.
Discovery call
No charge
Thirty minutes to clarify fit and outline scope. No obligation to proceed.
What shapes the final fee
- Breadth of the territory (one city versus several catchments)
- Number of customer or partner interviews
- Whether an on-site visit is required
- How much internal material you already have ready
Payment terms
